If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from the Chimneys Golf Course online store, please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date.  Items must be in their original, new, unused condition, and free from damage.  

EXCHANGE

• To contact us about an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, please email your request to [email protected].  
• Include your name and original order number and exchange request in the email. 
• Once you have confirmation of requested exchange item(s), send your return back to the below Return Shipping Address.
• Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order.
• Please note “exchange” on your packing slip.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping as well as any re-shipping fees.

REFUNDS
